We offer many different styles of training, all of which are designed to meet your specific goals, wether that is being a professional athlete or trying to make your day a little more pain free.
Professional Athletes

Strictly one on one training. Focusing on the athlete's specific needs for their sport we will create a program for their off season and on season needs, whatever they may be. Using our top of the line equipment and movement assessments we can only make the athlete better.
Weight Loss
Monday thru Saturday

With the capability of being one on one or group training setting we are bound to find a time that makes the client comfortable and happy. Through our full body evaluation including: Body Composition, Scale and Measure, and Pictures, we will find a way to help the client reach their weight loss needs. Through Xcel we will also be coaching and consulting clients nutritional needs throughout their duration of training at Xcel Performance.
Strength Training and Injury Rehabilitation

Open for all clients, strength training and injury rehabilitation can be for youth and seniors. We have top certified trainers that can customize strength and rehab programs to ensure the individual is getting the most out of their training, regardless of their start level, their age, and their injury.
HIIT

Wanting to just get a great workout in?! Talk to your trainer and let them know that you want a high intensity interval workout that will not leave you disappointed. Never will you do the same workout twice, no matter how many times you workout during the week. Every workout and everyday is a new workout.
Youth/High School/College Athlete Performance Training

Depending on the level of the athlete, we will assess and determine if they need to be with one of our trainers as a one on one or if they will be able to be placed in a group atmosphere. It does not matter the sport, age, or athletic level the individual is at; our trainers will design a costume program for you depending on your needs, both sport specific and physical needs. As well as designing a program for the athlete, they will also go through numerous assessments and be given nutritional guidance throughout the duration of their training at Xcel Performance.
